Independent business notice
BCustomPicks is an independent business. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Benda, Keeway, MBP or their distributors unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.
Any business-to-business collaboration is distinct from the e-commerce activity. BCustomPicks does not sell motorcycles, replace a partner’s dealer network or take commission on motorcycle sales. The relevant partner retains control of territory, inventory, prices, local route, customer data, test rides and final sales.
Payment
Secure card payments are processed by Stripe. BCustomPicks does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
Customer complaints
For a complaint about an order, contact [email protected] and include the order email, request ID or payment reference and the exact item concerned.
Consumer mediation
Before referring a dispute to a consumer mediator, the customer should first send a written complaint to BCustomPicks at [email protected].
After first sending a written complaint to BCustomPicks, a consumer may refer an eligible dispute free of charge to the designated consumer mediator:
